In 2023, BBB Serving Metro New York alone handled 8.1 million business and charity inquiries, over 87,000 customer complaints, and more than 73,000 consumer reviews. Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York has three locations (offices are not open to the public at this time):

BBB Serving Metro New York, a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit corporation, is governed by a Board of Directors and as of the end of 2023, has about 6,500+ business members. A separately incorporated and governed 501(c)(3) charity, the Education and Research Foundation of the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York, conducts a charity accountability program, an intern program, and educational programs for charities, businesses, and consumers.
